Why am I feeling low?

When we feel low, there is always something stuck in our subconscious mind which annoys us without even letting us know. It can be a feeling of embarrassment, which is apparently not harming us but internally we are getting harmed continuously.

When we don’t have a clear path in front of us or we feel stuck in some of our life decisions. We want to sort out everything but are not able to make a final decision then we start getting depressed. Risky decisions most of the time create this situation. We want to move on but feel stuck in them, which keeps us confused and irritated.

       Purposeless life, unclear path, career, relationship, risky decisions in life or our business leads to confusion in life and it interrupts our inner peace.


5.  Embarrassment

Most people face this when they have done something wrong, or have done wrong to somebody. You might have broken a heart or a promise for which you scold yourself subconsciously but not accepting it from outside. You might have broken a relationship due to your own mistake for which you are not internally peaceful till now. You might have passed through a situation for which you are angry at yourself internally till now but are not accepting it due to your ego. You are emotionally disturbed inside and feel depressed.


6.  Feeling useless

Comparison of your life with other’s life sometimes makes you feel bad for yourself. You think that you are so behind in life and everyone is doing better than you. You start questioning your productivity and skills. You can feel idle if your friend is doing multiple tasks, handling A job along with other great activities, but you get tired of just doing your job. Looking at others achieving more than you can be a bit depressing sometimes. You should change your perspective regarding this.
